Whats involved?
We are seeking a diligent and skilled Hotel Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair operations of our client in Gloucester. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems are operational, safe, and well-maintained. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs, managing a team of maintenance staff, coordinating with external service providers, and responding to maintenance requests promptly. The candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance. Proven experience in hotel maintenance or a similar environment, along with relevant certifications, is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to ensure top-notch guest experiences and operational efficiency.
