Role: Personal Assistant / Office Manager

Location: North London/Hertfordshire Area

Term: Full-Time (Opportunity to work Hybrid after probation period)

Start Date: Beginning to Mid June 2024

Our client is a renowned name in creating stunning and sophisticated interiors. They are currently seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Personal Assistant and Office Manager to support their two directors. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, well-educated individual with excellent social media skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the two directors, including managing schedules, organising meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist the directors in setting up a new office in the Middle East, securing contracts in the MENA region, and specifically Saudi Arabia to support the 2030 Vision.
  • Work with Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) and families, ensuring confidentiality and trust.
  • Manage the directors' property portfolios, ensuring all aspects are handled efficiently.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the office to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Manage social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn, creating engaging content and driving our online presence to reflect our brand's vision.
  • Conduct thorough research to support business development and project needs.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and special projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A keen interest in real estate and design is preferred but not essential.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong social media skills, with a focus on LinkedIn, and familiarity with content creation and analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Worked as a personal Assistant for HNWI beneficial.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent research skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail is a plus.
