Job Title: IT Field Technician
Location: Stockport

Salary: up to £30,000
Our client is looking to expand their tech team and are looking for a 1st / 2nd Line Field Technician to support various schools around Stockport / South Manchester area. When you are not out on the road you can work from home!
Essential: You must have a Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Active Directory / Group Policy
- DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
- Windows Server 2012 - 2022
- Windows 10 & 11
- Microsoft Office 365
- Wireless Infrastructure
Day-to-day:
- Provide IT Support to staff and students amongst different schools
- Software & hardware installs
- Update, maintain administrate Windows Server and workstation software
- Recommend cost effective IT solutions to clients, liaising with staff to organise quotes
- Maintain Schools IT Infrastructure and equipment including administering switches, routers
- Write step-by-step reports, process paperwork, conduct audits
