Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, As the HR Business Partner you will be a key partner to all, providing expertise and support in all areas of human resources.

The HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role in supporting our people and driving our organisational success. You will form professional relationships with all employees and provide HR advice, including, but not limited to, employee relations, performance improvement process, absence, grievance, and disciplinary to ensure successful and timely resolution in line with current legislation.

Be an ambassador for aligning all HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering a positive and inclusive culture, and implementing HR programs that enhance employee engagement and productivity.

Key responsibilities and main tasks:

HR Operations:

Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review. Collaborate with HR colleagues on projects and initiatives to improve overall HR service delivery. Process payroll using our HR system CIPHR, this will include ensuring any overtime or additional payments are authorised and processed.

What you will bring

  • degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field/CIPD level 5/ or equivalent experience.
  • experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
  • minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced organisation.
  • knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Experience of implementing new systems and project management,
