Description
As a Credit Controller you will be responsible for:
- Manage client accounts, ensuring timely payments
- Review financial documents for accuracy and compliance
- Work closely with the Accounting & Finance team to address and resolve financial discrepancies
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debt
- Prepare and present financial reports
- Participate in financial audits
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- A background in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and principles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the insurance industry
- Proficiency in financial software programs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Detail-oriented and analytical thinking
