The IT Helpdesk Technician Role:
As a IT Helpdesk Technician you will be responsible for providing top class technical assistance to their valued client base. Troubleshooting both hardware and software issues to network issues, you will be a key player in their support function!

  • Previous experience working in a service desk environment.
