Service / Engineer Coordinator
Salary - £27,000 - £28,000
Location – Daventry

About the role:
- Coordinating technician attendance within various sectors across the UK
- Ensuring all calls are assigned and attended
- Have regular communication with customers and clients
- Managing customer contracts, keeping them updated
- Liaising with supplies
- Monthly reporting
- Build and maintain relations with customers, suppliers and engineers
What we're looking for:
- Be an excellent team player
- Experience of being a service coordinator / scheduling
- Have attention to detail when completing tasks
- Excellent customer service skills
- Be reliable and able to work on own initiative
- Strong administration skills
