TEAM ASSISTANT – PRIVATE CREDIT GROUP

A global investment bank is seeking someone to join the team as a Team Assistant in the Private Credit division for 12 months!

TEAM ASSISTANT – PRIVATE CREDIT GROUP ROLE:

  • Proactively managing diaries across multiple time zones
  • Arranging travel including organising and providing complex travel logistics support
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to organize client meetings and full trip agendas
  • Processing expenses and invoices in a timely manner
  • Arranging internal and client meetings on and off site, including booking conference rooms and catering, registering guests, ensuring materials are organized
  • Adhering to compliance regulations and obtaining the relevant approvals
  • Providing general team administration including printing, tracking attendance, answering phones, and relaying messages
  • Acting as an integral member of the team including maintaining a high level of awareness of current priorities and required support
  • Facilitating knowledge sharing within the team regularly and ensuring relevant information is disseminated accordingly
  • Assisting in organising client events
  • Being flexible to support assistant colleagues and covering when necessary

TEAM ASSISTANT – PRIVATE CREDIT GROUP ESSENTIALS:

  • 2 – 3 years of experience in financial services industry, preferably in an analytical function
  • 2 – 3 years of experience as an assistant
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office products with focus on Excel and Powerpoint, tools and utilities for business use
  • Willing to work 5 days in office
