Job Title: Junior Residential Conveyancer
Location: Stockport
Salary: £24,000-30,000
Hours: 9-5 Monday - Friday

Do you have experience in property conveyancing? i am working with a valued client of mine in the legal sector searching the market for a talented and precise residential conveyancer, this position would be perfect if you have 1-3 years experience in a legal practise/solicitors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receiving instructions from clients, and providing advice.
- Conveyancers work with many parties daily, so strong communication skills are essential.
- Finding out who the legal owner is, and checking for structural issues with the property.
- Preparing official documents, such as contracts, and ensuring all legal requirements are met.
- Reviewing contracts on behalf of clients, and making sure there are no issues.
- Collaborating with estate agents and solicitors, and liaising with mortgage companies.
- Maintaining official records of payments and contracts.
- Taking precautions against potential fraud and money laundering, and seeking to protect clients' interests at all times
The Person:
- Substantial prior experience in residential conveyancing
- Proficient in using computer systems and case management software
- Great communication skills
- Be able to work in a corporate environment
