Fantastic role for an experienced Team Coordinator to work on a 9 month contract in a global company in their marketing team.

The role involves:

Organising/managing diaries for Directors - Organise and maintain the diary for Directors supported by the role as required, prioritising daily workload and booking all meetings to ensure the Director's time is managed efficiently.

Minimise Directors' workloads and use of time by actioning all possible correspondence, forwarding it to relevant direct reports, and ensuring follow-up action.

Booking travel & accommodation within expense policies and ensuring any amendments to scheduling are completed and followed up.

Organising meetings internal and external; including booking venues/rooms, catering, setting up video conferencing, evening entertainment

Prepare and disseminate all materials/documents as required to relevant people.

Organising events - ensure the Director is well-prepared for these (preparing presentations and other documentation, etc.).

Support meetings and events ad hoc as required, for example, taking minutes, sending out agendas, etc.

General admin and any adhoc duties as requested

We need someone highly organised & efficient, proficient in Microsoft Office suite with great communication skills. You must be an experienced Team Coordinator with experience of working in a large organisation. This is a hybrid role, 4 days a week in the office and 1 day a week working from home.
