My clients a global, friendly freight forwarder based within the Heathrow area. They are seeking a EXPORT OPERATIONS CLERK to handle healthcare shipments.
Duties would include:
- Handling export shipments start-finish
- Customs entries
- Job costing
- Pre-booking
- Cutting awb's/ mawb's
- Liaising with overseas agents
- Handling key accounts
- Invoicing clients
- Updating clients on shipments
- KPI's/ SOP's
Skills needed:
- 2 years + freight forwarding experience
- Export customs entries
- Pharma experience
- PC literate
- Good customer service skills
Working hours:
- Monday- Friday 0900-1730
