In this role, you will be responsible for picking up reported faults and ensuring their prompt resolution. From fire alarm checks to sealing showers, you will play a vital role in keeping the building safe and functional. Your duties will also include light bulb changes, plumbing repairs, general building compliance checks, and the overall maintenance of the building.
To excel in this role, you will need:
Background within a similar role
Strong knowledge and skills in various maintenance tasks
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30
