The role

Are you Marketing Manager with love for B2B marketing? Always looking for growth and achieving growth plans and goals?

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a growth mindset to help achieved the agency and clients growth plans through strategy, GTM strategies and unique marketing plans and campaigns.

This role offers so much opportunities and exciting projects, it is not only about sending emails and doing Linkedin campaigns, it's about creating plans adding value, understanding the core of the clients, what ticks for them, their behaviour and motivation and support them in their growth.

As a Marketing Manager with a growth mindset you will create, execute and measure go to market plans and campaigns.

The Marketing Manager will be able to engage across the organisation and galvanise support in pursuit of your objectives and the wider business growth goals.

You will be working as part of a very open friendly and supportive team, but also able to work on your own initiatives and show a leadership skills when needed.

The role is hybrid and requeires two days work from London office.

Responsibilities and skills

  • B2B marketing experience
  • Strategic approach
  • Working with the team to develop GTM strategies
  • Able to identify target audience and build awareness amongst them
  • Able to map and understand customer journeys and identify where and how you can add value
  • Generate qualified in-bound leads and nurture engagement into the opportunity for meaningful sales dialogue
  • Experience in HubSpot or similar
  • Nurture and qualify leads to the point of sales readiness or to raise brand presence and profile
  • Reporting on the pre-sales activity
  • Keep up with the latest market trends and competitor activities
  • Commercially and creatively astute
  • Unafraid to take charge when necessary, be decisive and then build support for those decisions
  • Tech savvy and able to translate evolutions in technology into tangible business benefits
