Job Role: Conveyancer/ Executive – Residential Property

I am working with a long-established West Yorkshire practice who are looking for an experienced residential property Conveyancer/ Executive to join their busy team in several their offices across West Yorkshire.
The firm has a fantastic reputation throughout West and North Yorkshire and is known as being one of the friendlier and relaxed law firms to work at.
The firm is friendly and very much client facing with an emphasis on delivering a quality service rather than just quantity.
The role involves managing a busy caseload of sale and purchase matters from file opening to completion. The successful candidate will have extensive experience of freehold and leasehold transactions and be able to work with minimum supervision. They will also be motivated and able to create and maintain a solid client base in and around the area and will pride themselves on delivering a first-class service throughout the entire conveyancing process.
Salary is competitive and will be commensurate with experience + benefits. As one of the few firms in the area owned by their staff you will also get an equal share of the profits over the business year on year.
