Senior Support Worker
Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Respite Support Worker to join an established team in Doncaster.
This position is:
- Permanent
- 37 hours per week
- Mixture of days, afters and sleep ins on a rota basis
- There is a requirement to work every other weekend
Responsibilities
- to ensure service users within the respite service receive person centred care and support
- to run shifts in place of the management team where required
Requirements
- Extensive previous experience as a support worker
- Able to make decisions under pressure
Qualifications
- Medication training
