As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will provide crucial administrative support to the Talent team, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. From scheduling interviews to facilitating onboarding, your role is key to securing top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Coordination: Manage interview logistics, maintain candidate communication, and support recruitment events.
- Onboarding and Induction: Oversee new starter administration and coordinate induction programs.
- Team Administration: Handle administrative duties and support minor projects to enhance team performance.
Essential Requirements:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and attention to detail.
Desirable Qualities:
- Experience in recruitment coordination.
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS.
- Knowledge of employment laws.
