A fast-growing wellbeing brand is looking for a Midweight Graphic Designer to help create visually compelling designs across web and marketing. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact while collaborating across a growing business.

What you'll be doing

As a Midweight Graphic Designer you'll collaborate with key people across the business including the founder, brand team and eCommerce team. This is a founder led business, so you'll be joining a company with a clear vision and heaps of passion behind the product and mission. This makes for an exciting environment with lots of opportunities to move quickly with the latest marketing trends and design creative communications that speak of the brands ethics, values and mission - not just products.

Collaborating closely with the eCommerce team you'll be responsible for creating user-friendly and visually captivating web layouts. You'll also use your digital skills to craft engaging and impactful campaigns for email, ensuring designs are keeping up with the latest trends and techniques in email marketing.

Turning to paid marketing you'll create ads for platforms including TikTok, Meta, Pinterest and YouTube. You'll work closely with the brand team to understand and adhere to the visual language of the brand, creating eye catching ads that capture attention and drive conversion. As well as paid media you'll help create engagement through organic social.

As well as these specific channels you'll work on ad-hoc creative projects across the team when needs arise and create and maintain a library of assets for future campaigns. There may be some opportunities to support design of the products themselves too.

What experience you'll need

  • Strong hands-on experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
  • A portfolio showcasing design thinking, problem-solving, and creativity web, digital and campaign.
  • Experience in wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma or equivalent).
  • Some familiarity with e-commerce CMS platforms like Shopify.
  • Video editing experience and an eye for detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Desirable but not essential:

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Experience in using Adobe After Effects or similar software for motion graphics.
Experience with Klaviyo or similar marketing tools.
