Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Hospitality to join us at Holme Lacy House Hotel.
What will I be doing?
You will be responsible for the smooth running of multiple restaurants, and bars. Leading and inspiring a diverse and multi skilled team of up to 60. Working closely with the Executive Chef and the Food and Beverage Managers you will ensure that both departments work in harmony, by bringing the team together to drive the business forward from both a teamwork and customer service perspective. Dining is a very important part of our guests' experience when staying at Warner. As the Head of Hospitality, you are part of a passionate team, working within our modern food and beverage facilities.
Where will I be working?
Set within magnificent grounds, Holme Lacy House Hotel is part of the Warner Hotels. This beautiful, grade I listed, 181-bedroom hotel with a theatre, purpose-built spa, and Leisure facilities, 2 restaurants and coffee shop are surrounded by 20 acres of Hertfordshires green fields and features amazing views across to Marcle Ridge.

What skills do I need?
- Experience of managing a multifaceted department.
- Must have had responsibility for managing a P&L and the ability to manage costs in line with budgets.
- Can create an environment where the team are able to grow and develop.
- Effective communicator with the ability to clearly articulate ideas.
