We are now looking for a Business Architect to join us on a full-time, permanent basis with the opportunity to work remotely up to four days per week.

The Role
As a Business Architect, you will maintain our Enterprise Architecture repository and provide business architecture expertise for change and transformation initiatives.
This role involves interpreting and contextualising the business strategy, developing artifacts such as business capability models and value streams, and ensuring that strategic goals align within the broader business architecture context.
Supporting change and transformation initiatives, you will provide business architecture services and artifacts and conduct process gap analyses, value stream analyses and capability maturity modelling.
You will also develop and implement a common Business Architecture Framework across the UK business landscape and mediate communication between business requirements and design phases.
Additionally, you will:
- Collaborate with IT infrastructure owners to create a cohesive business IT landscape
- Partner with Solutions Infrastructure architects and the Security Team to ensure alignment and compliance
- Stay informed on technological advancements and recommend their utilisation
- Propose enhancements to existing Business Architecture and identify areas for process improvement
- Establish governance protocols and maintain comprehensive documentation
About You
To be considered as a Business Architect, you will need:
- Experience as a Business Architect or Business Analyst
- Practical proficiency in Enterprise Architecture (EA) modelling languages such as Archimate and/or TOGAF or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification or experience
