New urgent role working as an Internals Manager with a major UK residential developer, within this role you will be overseeing internal fit out from early 1st fix through to final snagging/client handover on up to 50 apartments.
Applicants ideally would come from a trade background and will need to be available immediately with all relevant tickets in date

The role:
- Management with sub contractors and liason with site teams
- Overseeing all quality assurance documentation on site
- Ensuring high standards of H&S are kept on site
- Attend weekly progress meetings
- Candidates need to be methodical and detail driven
- Clear communication skills
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of new build volume residential projects for residential developers
- Comfortable running both internal fit out packages from 1st fix through to CML/Handover
- Must have an in date CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid tickets
