Responsibilities:

  • Support students with SEN in their learning journey.
  • Foster personal integrity and self-esteem.
  • Identify and address behavioural challenges.
  • Collaborate with mainstream schools to develop effective strategies.
  • Facilitate progress and achievement for pupils.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant experience working with students with SEN.
  • Understanding of differentiated instruction.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for promoting positive well-being and safety.
  • You will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check & provide satisfactory references.

Key Details:

  • Class sizes vary (1-12 students per lesson).
  • Regular meetings with parents and staff to monitor progress.
  • Support during transitions to other educational settings.
  • Hours of work: 8:20am - 3:15pm.
