Our client is an award-winning law firm with a national presence. They are looking to add a senior administrator to their small facilities team, in the Leeds Office.
This is a full-time role, working 35 hours per week, Monday- Friday, on a permanent basis.

About the role:
- Provide general administrative support including document management, photocopying, and scanning, courier and post receipt and delivery, court deliveries; and assisting departments and fee earners as required.
- Supervise the admin assistants liaising with the Facilities Manager, and Facilities Coordinator as and when required.
- Adhoc assistance to the Client Experience team including assisting with room set up.
- Liaise with Facilities Coordinator in relation to maintenance and repairs to equipment.
- Ensure stationery and refreshments are replenished regularly, liaise with Facilities Coordinator
- Maintain client and visitor confidentiality.
About you:
- Previous experience of providing admin support within a professional services environment.
- Client focused with exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
