Senior Administrator

Our client is an award-winning law firm with a national presence. They are looking to add a senior administrator to their small facilities team, in the Leeds Office.

This is a full-time role, working 35 hours per week, Monday- Friday, on a permanent basis.

We are keen to speak with flexible and personable candidates, who are well organised.

About the role:

  • Provide general administrative support including document management, photocopying, and scanning, courier and post receipt and delivery, court deliveries; and assisting departments and fee earners as required.
  • Supervise the admin assistants liaising with the Facilities Manager, and Facilities Coordinator as and when required.
  • Adhoc assistance to the Client Experience team including assisting with room set up.
  • Liaise with Facilities Coordinator in relation to maintenance and repairs to equipment.
  • Ensure stationery and refreshments are replenished regularly, liaise with Facilities Coordinator
  • Maintain client and visitor confidentiality.

About you:

  • Previous experience of providing admin support within a professional services environment.
  • Client focused with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
