- 2-3 years of experience in sustainability and environmental management.
- Proven success in project management and driving sustainability initiatives.
- Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results in tight timeframes.
- Deep awareness of climate change and sustainability issues and their relevance to global business.
- Experience working with diverse, multi-location teams and stakeholders of varying seniority.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building strong business relationships.
- Expertise in data analysis and management, with experience in external sustainability reporting.
- A hands-on, proactive approach to workload management.
