An opportunity for an experienced estate agency sales negotiator to join a well-known multi-office sales and lettings agent at one of their offices in Newcastle (NE5).
The company has a great image and excellent market share.
They are looking for a motivated person, with estate agency experience, who is a great team player, articulate, hard-working, well-presented and able to communicate at all levels.
The role will involve, amongst other things, generating and arranging viewings on properties that are available, conducting the viewings, obtaining feedback, dealing with applicants in person, by phone and via email, some sales progression and looking to obtain new business for the company at every opportunity.
In return, the company offers an extremely realistic basic salary (up to £24,000) and commission.
Monday - Friday 9.30 - 5.30 one in 3 Saturdays 9.30 - 1.0
