We are looking for a proactive and friendly Administrator to join our busy team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with both written and verbal communication, handling phone calls, and welcoming walk-in enquiries. This role involves a variety of tasks including HR administration and working closely with management in a very friendly office environment.
Day to day of the role:
- Handling phone calls and walk-in enquiries with a friendly and professional approach.
- Performing a range of administrative tasks with a high level of attention to detail.
- Assisting with HR administration, including drafting staff letters and managing new starter and leaver documentation.
- Operating HR systems, particularly Cascade, and may be required to perform tasks within the system.
- Working collaboratively with the immediate team, as well supporting the HR and L&D team.
- Maintaining confidentiality and being proactive in taking on new tasks and projects.
- Managing a variety of day-to-day tasks as well as contributing to larger projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in administrative roles, preferably with exposure to HR.
- Familiarity with HR systems, specifically Cascade, is advantageous.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act proactively within a busy team.
- Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks and projects.
