Maintenance Team Leader - Castle Donington (£56,585.54 per annum), panama shift pattern

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Maintenance Team Leader to join a team in Castle Donington. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of engineers, ensuring efficient maintenance of automated systems within a state of the art automated distribution centre
Responsibilities:
- Promote a strong safety culture and adherence to health & safety procedures.
- Lead daily review meetings and manage emergency breakdowns.
- Oversee maintenance activities, including response speed and quality of repairs.
- Coordinate on-site engineers and third-party repair companies.
- Analyse data to plan for continuous improvement opportunities.
- Maintain clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage team performance, including development, coaching, and employee relations.
- Act as a role model and demonstrate company values.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience.
- Recognized engineering qualification (ONC minimum).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a relevant industry.
- IOSH certificate and commitment to safety procedures.
- Experience with CMMS systems preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Office/CMMS).
