This exciting role would suit a Marketing / Communications graduate with a strong background in social media and platform community management. You will need a strong understanding of social media channels such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta and more, as well as review sites such as Glassdoor, Google, and Capterra and community forums such as Reddit. You will be target driven, self-motivated and ready to take on a challenge.

You will need to meet your commercial targets - build followers and follower growth, referral traffic - improve engagement and lead generation. Use data analysis to inform your editorial approach to your application and usage of the channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media

  • Responsible for social media channels which are LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X and YouTube channels
  • Manage the editorial (daily) schedule of posting content across channels optimised to drive the highest engagement on each channel
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, polls and contests that drive targeted following across key channels such as LinkedIn to improve audience reach
  • Monitor, track, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, informing the editorial roadmap & wider department on requirements for content needs that best perform based on insights from engagement as well as technical updates to the channels
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across territories to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Work with external agencies and freelancers as needed.

Review Sites

  • Responsible for community management on company's primary review sites which includes Glassdoor, Google, Feefo, TrustPilot and others.
  • Manage the company profile ensuring optimised for channel search, up-to-date based on business progression and industry-leading against competitors
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional manner, operating against our SLA, as part of our commitment to customer experience and growth
  • Manage and optimise a library of responses that are up-to-date and optimised for the channel
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest review site trends, tools, and best practices to improve our brand profile and reach.
  • Plan and execute campaigns (organic and paid for) to drive improved ratings and reviews both internal with our business and external with our customers.
  • Monitor, track, and report on company performance using analytics tools in terms of positive reviews, comparison against key competitors and growth

Community forums

  • Execute an engagement plan that drives lead generation through targeted communities such as Reddit, Pinterest and Facebook Groups
  • Identify "influencers" to endorse the business, targeted at specific community audiences
  • Monitor and respond to community engagement
  • Manage podcast plan and drive podcast listens and followers
