**What You'll Be Doing
As a Junior Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in our Latin American growth by:
- Engaging new prospects via cold calling and email outreach
- Selling sponsorship packages and tickets to our high-profile events
- Researching new leads and building targeted contact lists
- Supporting the sales team with reporting and follow-up tasks

**Who We're Looking For
- Fluent/native-level Spanish - essential
- Enthusiastic and confident communicator, especially on the phone
- Some experience with cold calling or customer contact (preferred but not essential)
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
- Able to work full-time, Monday-Friday, from our London office
