We are seeking an Accounts Payable & Admin professional to join our client's team. Reporting to the Accounts Manager, this newly created role is pivotal in processing purchase invoices for payment and providing general administration support across the office. If you are organised, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a dynamic environment, we would like to hear from you.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Process purchase invoices for payment accurately and timely.
  • Match purchase orders (PO's) to invoices, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Manage and resolve supplier queries effectively.
  • Update and maintain supplier details in the system.
  • Provide general administrative support across various departments within a small office environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in accounts payable and general office administration.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle supplier queries.
  • Proficiency in office software and systems for managing invoices and PO's.
  • A team player who can also work independently when required.
