Overview:
Our client (higher education) is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Lead to work closely with the CFO and Finance Director on a new Oracle Fusion implementation. The university is adopting a strategic approach to its implementation and requires a highly qualified leader with a strong finance background, preferably a qualified accountant and/or former Finance Director. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the implementation while executing the university's finance transformation and change programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the CFO and Finance Director to guide the Oracle Fusion implementation.
- Shape and lead the finance transformation and change programme.
- Work with the Implementation Programme Director and a Systems Integrator (SI) team to ensure successful implementation.
- Provide senior-level finance operations and leadership expertise.
- Ensure alignment of the implementation with the university's strategic goals.
Key Requirements:
- Senior finance leadership experience, ideally as a Finance Director.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion architecture and implementation.
- Ability to lead and shape finance change programmes.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with both internal leadership and external implementation teams.
- Immediate availability with the ability to work onsite in London at least 3 days per week.
