This role involves close collaboration with managers, leaders, and HR Directors to identify and address the development needs of employees and teams across various regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Needs Assessment and Collaboration: Partner with managers, leaders, and HR Directors to thoroughly understand the developmental needs of employees and teams across different regions.
- Program Design and Delivery: Develop and implement innovative virtual and face-to-face learning initiatives. These programs will leverage a blend of techniques and involve collaboration with external experts and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Project Management and Coordination: Oversee all aspects of project management, including scheduling, registration, tracking attendance, and evaluating the impact of learning programs.
- Advisory Role: Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support to employees seeking professional development opportunities and career coaching.
