Their specialist coaches provide guidance and responsive human support to help users live more independently, reducing overwhelm and anxiety. They are rapidly expanding, working across various sectors including higher education, workplaces, local authorities, and NHS trusts.

About You: They are looking for a Junior Test Analyst to join their dynamic, fast-paced Test Team. You'll support the Test Manager, Test Engineers, and the broader Development Team, ensuring high-quality, bug-free software releases. You'll work on web and mobile projects, testing new features, performing regression testing, investigating bugs, and participating in Agile ceremonies. This largely home-based role offers the flexibility to work on-site in Exeter one day a week.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Testing new mobile and web app features.
  • Performing regression testing on web and mobile apps.
  • Executing automated tests, analysing, and reporting results.
  • Providing clear test updates to stakeholders.
  • Investigating, reproducing, and reporting issues.
  • Attending Agile ceremonies.
  • Collaborating on test-related activities and maintaining test documentation.
  • Developing test automation skills (training provided if needed).

What You'll Bring:

  • Degree level education or equivalent.
  • ISEB/ISTQB foundation level certificate (or working towards it).
  • Interest in software development.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities.

Desirable Skills:

  • Basic coding skills (C#, Java, JavaScript).
  • Basic automation skills (Selenium WebDriver, Cypress).
  • Experience in software testing or development.
  • Familiarity with Jira.
