Working on a Senior Manager role with a global FTSE 250 Professional Services agency. This role is reporting to the Head of Marketing and will be responsible for developing the UK Marketing programme and working with the wider marketing team on the delivery of this.

Role is based in London and is hybrid.

Client Details

The business are a global FTSE 250 firm operating in the business and professional services space. They are looking to hire a Senior Marketing Manager into their commercial marketing team in London.

  • The Senior Marketing Programmes Manager is responsible for leading the Marketing Programmes team who build, deliver and evaluate aligned multi-channel go-to-market strategies, in line with the business strategic goals that drive brand awareness, candidate and client engagement and revenue growth.
  • They will collaborate closely with key business stakeholders in the country including Board level stakeholders and senior internal and external communication managers and channel marketing teams.

Description

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Manager:

Strategic Oversight:

  • Responsible for building and executing aligned go-to-market strategies to deliver on client leads, candidate sourcing where applicable and profitable conversion rate targets for the core business as well as priority business disciplines, working closely with the head of marketing.

Campaign Conception and Coordination:

  • Lead the work around coming up with new campaign ideas and brainstorming to inspire new ideas and tweaks to programmes on a regular basis.
  • Responsible for overseeing the project management of hero programmes and campaigns and adapting and localising campaigns from global and regional to the needs of the UK
  • Collaborate with the channel team to develop effective, prioritised marketing programmes to leverage owned, paid, and earned channels to deliver on growth.
  • Work with counterparts in other markets to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Drive awareness of the business and its key brands among an external audience
  • Ensure consistent Customer Value Proposition and brand messaging across the market

Performance Monitoring

  • Balance investment in resources across B2C and B2B based on the needs of the operations business
  • Accountable for providing business reporting on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, to local Ops and UK leadership

Market Research and Competitive Analysis

  • Proactively share local market best practices with the UK marketing team to inform marketing strategy and identify opportunities for growth. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in marketing.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategy and identify opportunities for growth

Business Partnering and Sales Enablement:

  • Oversee the production of sales enablement materials
  • Work closely with the Senior Internal Communications manager to ensure alignment in understanding the needs of the business and on communicating marketing activities to business partners
  • Establish and maintain senior board-level strategic relationships
  • Act as the lead marketing contact for the overall UK Ops business.

  • Proven experience of influencing senior stakeholders
  • Knowledge / experience with the full marketing mix
  • Industry experience in recruitment consultancy, business services, professional services or agency would be ideal but not essential
