As a Learning Support Assistant you will:
- You will be responsible for working 1:1 and in small groups with students who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- You will provide in-class support with classwork, social aid and at times, physical assistance
Skills and Requirements:
- Prior experience working in an education setting i.e. Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant etc
- Experience with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and parents.
- Strong communication skills.
- Highly reliable and dependable.
