This top 50 law firm is looking to expand its nationally recognised Corporate team by seeking a determined and passionate Corporate Senior Associate to join their already thriving and supportive team! This firm supports some of the world's most exciting businesses and organisations and has several offices across the UK, as well as having an international office! The team is one of the most active corporate teams in the UK, providing plenty of opportunities to make a name for yourself.
This role is based in the firm's central Birmingham office and is a hybrid role. This Corporate Solicitor role comes with a highly competitive salary, a remuneration package to reward individual performances, as well as the opportunity to receive an annual bonus scheme. The ideal candidate will be expected to be responsible for mentoring junior members of the team, managing existing client relationships, in addition to attaining new business.
A suitable candidate must have a minimum of 5PQE with experience in a strong range of corporate affairs, negotiation skills, and the confidence to provide commercial advice.
