Job: Mobile HVAC Engineer

Location: Field-based position covering Nottingham and surrounding areas, focusing on NG, DE, LE postcodes.

Salary: £43,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Our client, a leading provider of FM maintenance services, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Engineer to join their team. Specialising in servicing high street retailers and banking clients.

Role Overview: As a Mobile HVAC Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering planned and reactive maintenance services across various industries. With a focus on HVAC systems, including ventilation, heating, and cooling installations, you'll ensure optimal functionality for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct service, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC installations, including ventilation systems, natural gas installations, and heating/cooling systems.
  • Understand and work with building control systems and BMS.
  • Provide exceptional client service, addressing queries, reporting defects, and maintaining clear communication during service visits.
  • Accurately complete all relevant work-related documentation, including inspection reports and remedial work logs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in maintenance/facilities management preferred.
  • Relevant qualifications such as COCN1 or CODNCO1 (CCN1), TPCP1 & TPCP1A, CPN1, Appliances CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, C&G Level 3 Heating & Ventilation or Mechanical Engineering.
  • FGAS and ODS certifications desirable.
  • HWSS - Vented & Unvented Hot Water Storage Systems desirable.
