This is an important site for the group, and as such, our client is looking for a successful Service Manager with experience of running substantial quality service departments - and you must also have a good track record of delivering strong CSI scores and an excellent understanding of, and focus on, good service process.
The package on offer includes basic salary up to £45000 & OTE of £65000 which reflects the size of this opportunity.
