Come work for a multimillion-pound company in an exciting and challenging Finance Assistant role. This role is very Payroll focused to supporting day-today operations as well as reporting and administration.
Your new role
As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:

  • Reporting
  • Support day-to-day Payroll activities including starters, leavers, transfers and variations, sickness and bonuses
  • Offer system support including system development
  • Line manage finance apprentice
  • Support annual payroll activities such as audits, P60's and P11's

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in Motor Trade is preferred but not required
  • 2 years or more of experience in a Payroll Accounts position
  • Experience with HR / Moorepay system is preferred but not required
  • Improve processes
  • Experince in line management is preferred
  • Working tight deadline
  • Problem solving
  • Microsoft Excel for reporting experience
