Overview:
Redwood Search is looking for an experienced Light Commercial and Car Technician/Mechanic to join a franchised dealership in Kidderminster. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to further their career in a supportive environment, with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Perform services and repairs on cars and light commercial vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining high-quality work
- Collaborate with team members to achieve targets set for the team
- Adhere to safety standards and ensure the cleanliness of the work area
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities provided by the company
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience working in a franchised dealer or independent garage/repair centre
- Competency in the service and repair of vehicles
- Full UK driving licence is required
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Strong commitment to quality work and teamwork
Work Schedule:
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Saturdays on a rota basis (1 in 4)
