Calling all Field Service Technicians!
You will be the face of our client's brand and their key clients while on site, responsible for repairing, installing, and maintaining various drink dispense systems for both soft and alcoholic beverages.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00
Pay: £27,000-£35,000 DOE

Responsibilities of a Field service technician:
- Identify and fix customer-reported site issues, providing a summary of work completed before leaving as well as updating customer portals to progress or close jobs as required.
- Install and maintain drink dispense systems, including single tap, multi-tap, fast pour systems, temporary bars, stadium venues, and outdoor events.
- Inspect, Install and repair gas management systems, complete necessary reports, and return them to the admin team.
- Create quotes for installations and provide layout drawings for bars and cellars.
- Use the service management system to manage work orders, ensuring accurate and timely paperwork.
- Attend training sessions to improve your knowledge and skills.
- Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota approximately one week per month once fully trained.
To be considered for this Field service technician role, you must possess the following:
- Minimum GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent.
- Strong customer relationship skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- High work ethic, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and to a high standard.
- Practical skills with tools and electrical test equipment.
- Flexibility with working hours and tasks.
All jobs will be via the M25 between Heathrow and Gatwick along with some parts of the South Coast, Kent, and West London as and when required.
