Are you an exceptionally organised and detail-oriented individual looking for an exciting opportunity as an Office Manager/Administrator? Our client, an award-winning provider of fire and security safety systems, and property maintenance services, is seeking a motivated and trustworthy professional to join their dynamic team.

As the Office Manager/Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality administration support to their team of project managers while also overseeing office management duties. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to take on a diverse range of responsibilities, this position is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and confidential support to the Director, including managing their diary, scheduling meetings, and preparing relevant paperwork.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Director and handle all correspondence.
  • Support the Director in preparing monthly Company reports.
  • Organise and attend meetings, take minutes, and produce documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Ensure all current projects are updated and processed on the company's systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR systems, manage staff training records, and organise courses.
  • Assist in recruiting new employees, liaising with external recruitment and HR consultants when necessary.
  • Manage Company accreditations and ensure Quality Management is maintained to a high standard.
  • Collate monthly reports from the Senior Management Team.
  • Provide support to the Finance Team, including board report requirements.
  • Devise and maintain office systems and procedures, including data management and filing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.

Professional Experience and Education:
