Management Accountant | Central London | £35,000 - £40,000 | Property Company | 5 days per week
This is a permanent opportunity for a Management Accountant to join a high-growth, entrepreneurial property trading group, based in Central London. The role requires being in the office 5 days a week. The owner is leading the growth across multiple businesses, including an online estate agency and residential property trading businesses.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be working as part of a team of 6 and be involved in a variety of duties across the Finance function.
Duties will include:
- Transactional postings
- Bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, P&L (assisting)
- Month end - accruals, prepayments, journals (sole responsibility)
- Payroll
- Transactional heavy
- Ad hoc payments/urgent payments when required
The successful candidate will be part-qualified and actively studying for a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA/CIMA. You must have at least 1-3 years' experience of working within a well varied role and focusing on month end. Experience working within real estate is desirable, as is Xero/Salesforce knowledge.
