Pure are pleased to be supporting an existing client in the recruitment of a Head of Operations to support the growth of their multisite business.
With a head office based in Stansted our client has locations around the East of England and are looking to grow significantly over the coming years.
The position: -
As the Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our client's business. You will undertake full responsibility for all operational activities, managing the Operations and Area Centre Managers, and reporting directly to the Board.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who can drive efficiency, embrace change, and maintain excellent customer care standards.
For the successful candidate, this will be an opportunity to grow into a board role.
The role: -
- Work closely with the board and senior leadership team on strategic planning and executive
- Ensure operational processes and best practices are maintained across all locations
- Analyse and optimise budgets and KPIs for each site
- Lead and motivate your direct reports, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
- Address all customer care needs ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times
- Drive positive change where needed
- Grow a first class operational team that will support location growth
The candidate: -
- Proven experience in a senior operational and people management role
- A background in multi-site hospitality would be preferable
- Ability to lead strategic growth and change transformation
- Experience of delivery process improvements
- Background of being client facing would be beneficial
