This dynamic company are forward thinking and have a strong land bank which will see them build 1500 over the next 5 years and therefore are looking for a junior or graduate Quantity Surveyor to play a key part in their next exciting phase of growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Trainee or Graduate quantity surveyor to get hands on experience whilst gaining external qualifications working for a company who are passionate about training and developing staff.
Joining the commercial department you will work on multiple residential projects. Based on your current competency levels you will be enrolled on external training whilst getting stuck into the position. You will work under a senior overseeing the cost control of residential developments from concept through to completion.
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious driven individual either with or looking to gain a Quantity Surveying qualification where you will be thrown into a hands on environment within a close knit team.

The role:
- Trainee / Graduate Quantity Surveyor
- Full hands on training with mentorship from a Senior
- Working on residential developments from concept through to completion
- Overseeing the cost control of projects gaining hands on experience with more responsibility and progression as you learn the ropes.

- Aspiring Quantity Surveyor
- Analytical and critical thinker
- Motivated with a desire to progress through the ranks
- Good idea of Quantity Surveying and Construction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
