Talent Acquisition Advisor 6M FTC

Elevation Recruitment Group's HR Division are pleased to be supporting our client in their recruitment of a Talent Acquisition's Specialist for an initial 2 month interim contract.

The role is working within a public sector organisation in Sheffield, and sits within their HR team. Reporting to the Head Of Talent, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of vacancies ranging from skilled blue-collar positions to Senior Management roles. You will autonomously manage the process from taking job briefs from line managers, to headhunting, advert posting, leading the candidate journey and managing the offer stage and onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

  • Successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • pipelining talent and headhunting using LinkedIn and competitor information
  • working with line managers to take job briefs and build job descriptions
  • managing a volume of vacancies at any one time
  • Must be immediately available

The vacancy has come about due to the rapid expansion and success seen in the organisation which has led to an influx of new roles. Whilst the role is initially for an interim period, there is a strong potential for this to lead to future opportunities for the right candidate following successful completion of the contract.
