Position: Solicitor / CILEX - Fraud & Scam Department

About Us:
We are a dynamic and expanding law firm located in the heart of Liverpool City Centre. Specializing in civil litigation, our firm is currently expanding its Fraud & Scam department to better serve our clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified solicitor or CILEX
- Ideally, at least 1 year PQE
- Experience in housing disrepair/fraud & scam preferred but not essential
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice to clients on matters related to fraud & scam
- Draft and review legal documents
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Manage client relationships effectively
- Ensure compliance with legal documentation
- Develop strong working relationships with other claimant firms, defendant solicitors, and Kings Counsel to advance claims through the Court system
- Gather evidence and data required for valid claims in large volumes
- Take client instructions and advise on legal and procedural issues to progress files and litigation
