Veritas Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team, supporting one of our valued partner schools in the Bradford area. This is a long-term role starting in September, offering the chance to make a real impact on students' learning and development.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Classroom Support: Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing the classroom environment.
- Targeted Intervention: Provide one-on-one and small group support to help students achieve their learning goals.
- Lesson Planning: Collaborate with teaching staff to prepare resources and plan effective lessons.
- Progress Monitoring: Track and report on student progress to ensure they are meeting their potential.
