On behalf of a large independent estate agents based in Worthing, West Sussex, Hawk Personnel are actively looking for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor.

If we feel you have what it takes, we can offer you a position (and a great opportunity!), subject to you passing your exam and reimburse you fully!

Full support and additional training will be provided for your continuous professional development once you start and really help you become the best you can be.

Start Date: ASAP
Basic Salary: £26,000
On Target Earnings: £45,000 - £60,000
Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (typically 2 Saturdays off per month) (Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.30 and Saturday 09.00 - 17.00)

So, what do our Mortgage Advisors actually do?

  • Meet with lots of different clients and make sure they give them the best possible mortgage advice and protection (you will learn more about these as you develop your skills)
  • Seek out the best financial and mortgage solutions for our customers
  • Advising on and selling associated insurance products from the market leading Legal & General
  • Meeting and exceeding targets
  • Work closely with our estate agency colleagues and help them maximise any new leads and opportunities
  • Build great relationships that mean customers come back to us time and time again
  • Liaise with lenders to make sure we keep up to date with new products (we have access to the whole of market which means we truly can personalise each deal)
  • Work closely with our Admin Support Team ensuring our cases are completed and FCA compliant
