Position: PRU Teaching Assistant

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as PRU (Pupil Referral Unit) Teaching Assistants, working with Key Stage 3 and 4 students who have been excluded from mainstream schools.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to students with various behavioral issues to help them engage in their education.
Work closely with teachers to implement tailored educational plans.
Create a positive and calming learning environment.
Assist with classroom management and behavior modification strategies.
Build strong, supportive relationships with students to foster trust and cooperation.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with challenging behavior in an educational setting.
Ability to remain calm and patient in stressful situations.
Full-time availability.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for helping young people achieve their potential.
