If so, Signature Recruitment is pleased to offer a full-time role for an Education Manager at a prestigious London university.

This is a temporary position for six-months offering a flexible hybrid working structure.

In this role as an Education Manager, you will play a pivotal role within the department with the administration of on-campus and online taught programmes. You will confidently lead and manage all aspects of educational support and programme administration also ensuring the development of these services to provide an exceptional staff and student experience. In addition, the post-holder will have strong leadership and organisational skills in order to competently manage a team of nine, including three Programme Managers, two Senior Programme Officers and four Programme Officers.

Education Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing all aspects of educational support and programme administration. Ensuring the successful development of services including enrolment, record management, module selection, timetabling, assessment, attendance and engagement, safeguarding and progression
  • Reporting to the Head of Operations as well as working closely with Heads of Programmes and other senior member of the team to support the implementation and delivery of strategy and process improvements
  • Assisting academic and professional colleagues with programme and module enquiries and developments
  • Monitoring and reviewing service delivery and managing the implementation of new provisions
  • Providing excellent student and academic support and being the primary point of contact for queries including student welfare and safeguarding
  • Supporting change management and developing a range of improvement projects including the optimisation of programme administration processes. Providing support and motivation to colleagues in managing such change.

Education Manager Key Skills:

  • Strong experience in a similar role. An ability to enthusiastically deliver a high-quality learning experience by the successful implementation of programme administration
  • A personable and professional approach with excellent verbal communication skills and line management experience
  • Proactive, highly organised and a solution focussed mindset
  • Proficient in IT skills
